
RIDETECH PRODUCTS WARRANTY | As of March 24,2025
General Warranty | Ridetech branded products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, when it is owned by the original purchaser and remains installed on the vehicle on which it was originally installed. This warranty is void if the product was not installed properly on the vehicle, was installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed or was removed from the vehicle on which it was originally installed and reinstalled on another vehicle (i.e., the warranty is non-transferrable). This warranty shall not apply to normal wear (bushings, springs, etc.), cosmetic issues such as coatings and material discoloration, or any product that was installed on a racing vehicle, installed contrary to Ridetech instructions, or altered, misused, repaired, damaged from an accident, collision, undercarriage road impact or debris, or willful or negligent act. Ridetech is not responsible for other manufacturers’ warranties. If a product is out of the warranty period, we will evaluate and respond to the customer’s concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Ridetech’s liability is expressly limited to the replacement of the product. Ridetech shall have no liability for the cost of installation or removal of the defective product, the cost of labor or any additional parts required to complete the installation of the replacement product, towing or transportation costs, or return shipping costs amongst other examples.
In no event shall Ridetech be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental and/or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to interruption of business or loss of business or loss of profit or damage to related components resulting from the use of or inability to use the product, or any breach of warranty or any defect in the product, even if Ridetech shall have been advised of the possibility of such potential losses or damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. No other warranties are authorized to be made with respect to Ridetech products.
Shock Absorber Warranty
Ridetech shock absorbers now have a 1,000,001-mile warranty! We are so confident of the performance and durability of our new shock absorbers, Ridetech offers a 1,000,001-mile lifetime warranty on all Ridetech shocks purchased after January 1, 2013.
You will need to ship your shocks in need of service directly to Ridetech for evaluation and repair. You pay for your shipping, and Ridetech will pay for return shipping. Obvious external damage will not be warranted (i.e., accident, component abrasion, , bent shaft, etc.).

Ridetech is not responsible for any removal or installation charges. Ridetech is not responsible for any other repairs or other damage that might happen to your car.
To make a Warranty Claim
To make any claim under the terms of this limited warranty please visit www.ridetech.com and complete the Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) request form located in the warranty section at the bottom of the page to obtain an RMA number. Once the RMA number is received, the original purchaser may return the product to the address provided by Ridetech along with the RMA number and Proof of Purchase of the covered product. The Proof of Purchase must clearly show the place of purchase, purchase price, product purchased, and date of purchase. If upon inspection by Ridetech the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, Ridetech shall at its option, repair or exchange the product for new product with the same part number.
Return Policy
Returns of new, unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the product are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Products older than six (6) months from the original invoice date will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by the original purchase order or invoice number. All returns require notification of the return in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) prior to shipment. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. No returns on electrical components are accepted after thirty (30) days. Returns of discontinued or obsolete products will not be accepted. Credit for returns will be issued within thirty (30) days of arrival at Ridetech. Ridetech reserves the right to deny credit for any items damaged by the customer.
