Aluminum Radiator Cores & Construction
C&R Racing uses several core manufacturers, both domestic and European, to ensure the highest quality for our high performance radiators. Depending on application we will design a cooling package with the optimum tube size, tube style, tube spacing, pressure rating and fin density core to get the most cooling for available water and air flow.
EVERY C&R custom built radiator has furnace brazed cores with no epoxy for the strongest, lightest weight, highest efficiency, most reliable and longest lasting radiators in the business.
All C&R custom built radiators are TIG welded by experienced racing fabricators. Our fittings and necks are all CNC billet machined to ensure positive consistent sizing to military and SAE specifications. Our tanks, mounts, and shrouds are all CNC punched then hand formed to ensure proper fitment and repeatability every time.
Just because you have an aluminum radiator doesn’t mean you have the best materials and workmanship available, unless you have a C&R.
