Ridetech Charger & Challenger Coil-Over Install

You may not realize it, but the end of the Chrysler LX platform came to an end in 2024. It just so happened to be one of the longest running models under the Mopar brand, contributing to several popular Detroit bruisers including the popular Charger, Challenger, 300C, and Magnum.

In this video we’re improving upon one of Motor City’s greats with a set of our recently released coil-overs. Now, we also have a full air suspension for the same application, so visit ridetech.com if that is more your speed. The coil-over install is a project that can be accomplished with relative ease with a set of jack stands and basic hand tools or impacts.

We’d give ourselves the better part of an afternoon if using this approach. Using a lift and having an extra set of hands will only help shave some time off the clock. These coil-overs feature our latest innovation in suspension development, a rubber-lined spherical bearing which will mitigate some of the NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) that is common after installing coil-overs on a vehicle. Post-install driving and eval yielded no unwanted noises or vibrations, only a more responsive, taut suspension, which was perfect for enjoying this green Scatpack Hemi Charger to the fullest!
