Introducing Subframe Connectors for Second Gen Camaro / Firebird

Ever since their inception, GM F-Bodies have been a popular platform for hot rods and racecars. It’s no secret that adding more horsepower and wider tires pushes the original chassis to its limit. Our new 1970-’81 Camaro/Firebird subframe connectors are engineered to reduce chassis flex and improve handling both on and off the track.

Designed and manufactured in Indiana, these connectors are compatible with Ridetech four-link kits or leaf springs. They completely replace the original leaf spring pocket.

On the 1970-’73 F-Bodies, the connectors are captured by the body bushings to enhance rigidity. For the 1974-’81 models, the connectors bolt directly to the existing subframe. Both stiffen the chassis, greatly improving the driving experience.

The rear of the subframe connector mounts solidly into three existing floor pan bolt locations for maximum strength. Every piece has been powdercoated satin black for a durable, high-quality finish. The connectors bolt-on with no fabrication required.

Once the kit is installed, you can drive your F-Body how you want, where you want with confidence like never before.
