Over the weekend, we made the trip to Columbus, Ohio, for Goodguys’ biggest show of the season. From July 7th-9th, the Summit Racing Nationals brought more than 6,500 hot rods, muscle cars and classics to the Ohio Expo Center for three days of non-stop fun.
Walking around the grounds, we were immediately impressed by the high quantity of high-quality cars. From Mustangs and Camaros to early Fords and slammed trucks, there truly was something for everyone.
Throughout the weekend, the Expo Center was a hotbed of hot rod activity. With a full-fledged swap meet, car corral, auto cross action and a Nitro Thunderfest, the Summit Racing Nationals pulled out all the stops.
Just like in years past, we set up the Ridetech booth in the Manufacturers Midway. This time around, we had two Fox body Mustangs on display, both of which were equipped with our new SLA front suspension. We also had two other favorites on hand: our Ridetech-equipped Silverado and a black-on-black Mustang fastback. Thank you everyone who stopped by to check them out and say hi!
Summer show season is in full swing. Next month, we’re heading to Louisville, Kentucky, for the NSRA Street Rod Nationals. We’re looking forward to seeing you there.
